SHOPPING:

  1. Select a product category from the menu
  2. Select a style from that category
  3. Select the size you require
  4. Select the quantity if more than one
  5. Select the ‘add to cart’ button
  6. Verify your order details and select ‘proceed to checkout’
  7. Add your shipping information
  8. Select your payment method
  9. Select the ‘make payment’ button
  10. Complete your order

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping is free on all items delivered locally in South Africa. International shipping, including the EU, USA, Canada, Middle East, Hong Kong and Singapore are subject to a flat rate shipping fee per item.
  • We are unable to deliver to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
  • All garments are priced in South African Rand (R).  For your convenience, the store can also display approximate prices in USD, Euro or GBP using the current exchange rates.  Please note that on checkout all orders will be processed in South African Rand.
  • You will receive an email containing your tracking number once the package has shipped from our factory in South Africa.
  • Items are made to order and a general lead time of 10 working days before delivery applies.
  • For custom or specialized orders, a lead time of 20 working days before delivery will apply.
  • You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges and/or duties specific to your country in order to receive your order. These additional fees are for the customer to settle and are not part of the standard shipping fee which is complimentary.
  • Return shipping must be settled by the customer.

RETURNS:

  • Refunds are not offered unless in exceptional circumstances.
  • One exchange per garment is allowed. In order to qualify for the exchange, the customer must return the garments at their own cost within 30 days of receiving the items.
  • Return and exchanges must be clearly labelled as ‘Repair and Return” and any duties incurred for returning the items are at the cost of the customer.
  • Before returning any items, please make sure to contact our customer care department to receive the correct address and details. You can do this by emailing info@uniformza.com
  • Once the items are returned, they will be assessed for condition. If they meet the following requirements, the exchange will be successful:
    • The products have not been used, worn or washed and are in the same conditions in which they were received
    • The products are returned in their original packaging
    • The products are not damaged.
  • If the return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
